Each house has different cleaning needs and requirements, so our checklists are flexible depending on the task at hand.

In the kitchen there are areas of great importance where cleaning needs to be done in detail. This includes splashback on the oven hob and extractor fan, the oven also will require deep cleaning if it is a built in and needs to be used by the next tenant.

Cupboards also require extra attention, they have to be cleaned inside and out, this includes a deep cleaning of drawers as well. All surfaces in the kitchen should be degreased including tiled areas.

The sink requires detailed cleaning mainly the basin and tap which should be cleaned by stainless steel cleaner products. Areas behind appliances also need cleaning. The kitchen walls, surfaces and ceiling require extensive cleaning.

Last but not least, the windows and if blinds if applicable should be cleaned as well to ensure a full cleaning of the kitchen is done. The doors, on top of doors, door handles and surfaces must be cleaned as well.

In bathrooms depending on the season descaling of the bathtub, toilet, showers and basins is the common routine. All surface will need sanitization.

Shower heads, mirrors and taps will require a polishing process with the right chemicals. The walls and floors will also require a deep clean to remove molds and marks.

Walls are cleaned using sugar soap to remove any oil stains or marks. Windows will require cleaning and the same applies fo windowsills and blinds if present. Switches, light fixtures will require cleaning as well.

In the modern houses bedrooms will have built in cupboards, these will need cleaning on the inside and wiping on the outside. Drawers and wardrobes will be deep cleaned as well.

Doors, door handles and ceilings are cleaned thoroughly as well to ensure nothing is left unclean by the use of step ladders. Radiators will also be cleaned.

All windows and blinds will be cleaned in the house. The windows are cleaned using window cleaner and telescopic poles if they are hard to reach.

The floor type is very important. For wooden floor the right treatment chemical for the wood must be used. For epoxy floors a rotating brush should be used to leave them sparkling clean.

Step ladders are used to clean walls and ceilings. Sugar soap is the best chemical used to remove marks on the wall. All marks should be taken off the ceiling as well.

Carpets are cleaned using the extraction cleaning method. The same is done for upholstery that is couches, chairs and mattresses. The dirt absorbing chemical is used for the best results.

The cleaning includes the interior of all rooms, that is the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, sculleries and more. External cleaning is not included as that is a different service. Garage cleaning is also not included unless mentioned.
