What we clean
Most of our work is the big once-off clean. The one before you hand back the keys, the one before you unpack, or the one your house has needed since winter. We don’t do weekly contracts, so each booking gets a team that is there to finish the whole job in one visit.

End of tenancy cleaning
When a lease ends, the flat nearly always looks worse than the day you moved in. That’s normal. We clean it back to a state you can hand over, so the inspection is about the walls and not the oven.
Deep cleaning
A deep clean is the one where the furniture moves. We get behind the couch, inside the cupboards, along every skirting and into the grout. Plenty of people book one before the holidays or before family comes to stay.
Move in and move out cleaning
Moving is stressful enough without scrubbing someone else’s bathroom. We clean the place you’re leaving, the place you’re going to, or both, and you can get on with the boxes.
Apartment cleaning

Carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning

Fitted carpets are cleaned on site. Loose carpets and rugs can be collected, cleaned at our warehouse and brought back once they’re dry. If you know roughly how many square metres a rug is, mention it in your request. It helps us price it, and so does the type of fibre.
Upholstery covers more than people expect: couches, dining chairs, office chairs and mattresses. We vacuum first, treat the stains, then use extraction cleaning to pull the dirt out of the fabric. The products we use also deal with pet smells, so the furniture comes back fresh and not just damp.

Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. We just need a way in when we arrive. Please be back, or have someone there, when we finish so the place can be locked up.
How many cleaners will you send?
That depends on how much there is to do. A bigger house or a heavier clean gets a bigger team, and we’ll tell you when we send the quote.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is fully vetted and trusted to work without supervision, and we’re fully insured.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything. You don’t need to buy anything or leave anything out for us.
Can you do carpets, couches or mattresses on the same day?

Do you offer weekly or regular cleaning?
Not at the moment. We only do once-off cleans.
