What a post renovation clean involves
Dust
Drilling and sanding leave fine dust on everything. We vacuum and dust first, top to bottom.
Wipe
Then every surface gets wiped: walls, doors, ceilings, skirtings, cupboards and floors.
Touch up
Last, we go back over the details, like paint spots, window tracks and corners the first pass missed.
Before you book
Builders’ dust keeps settling for a while, so it’s best to book once the work is properly finished and the rubble is gone. Let us know what was done, for example a new kitchen or a full renovation, so we can price it fairly.
Why it’s priced differently
A post renovation clean usually takes longer than a normal deep clean. Paint marks, cement splashes and fine dust in cupboards all need the right products and more time. Your quote takes into account the size of the place and what the builders left behind.
Room by room
Kitchens get the cupboards cleaned inside and out and every surface degreased. Bathrooms are descaled and sanitised. Walls are washed with sugar soap, floors are cleaned to suit the material, and windows are done inside and out where we can reach.

How is it different from a standard clean?
It’s aimed at the mess building work leaves behind: dust in every corner, marks on the walls and floors, and residue on new fittings. A standard clean isn’t nearly as detailed.
What is included?
Dust removal, plus wiping and sanitising of every surface in every room inside the house.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. The team brings all the products and equipment.
