Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what CleanScape does with the personal information you give us through this website, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email. CleanScape was previously called Cleaning Services Cape Town.
Who we are
CleanScape, Prime Park, 15 Mocke Road, Diep River, Cape Town 7800. Email [email protected], phone 069 780 0949.
What we collect
- Details you enter on the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you want, the size of the property and any message you add.
- The page you sent the form from.
- Messages and call details if you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Website usage information collected by analytics and advertising cookies (see below).
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, send you a quote, arrange and carry out the cleaning, and follow up on the job. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything unrelated to your request.
Where it goes
Quote requests are emailed to our office inbox and to our customer management system (Odoo), and a copy is stored securely on this website so that no request is lost. Only our administrators can see them.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stored on the website are deleted automatically after 18 months. We keep job records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to understand how people use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit and how you arrived. When you submit the quote form, we record that a request was made and which service it was for, but we don’t send your name, phone number or email to Google.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll deal with it. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page. Questions? Contact us.
