Why mattresses need cleaning
A mattress picks up sweat, dust, dust mites and the odd spill. Over time that turns into smells and allergens that vacuuming doesn’t reach. A proper clean also helps the mattress last longer.

How we clean a mattress
Vacuum
We vacuum both the top and sides to take off dust and loose soil.
Treat and brush
A cleaning product goes on, and we brush gently to loosen stains and marks.
Extract and dry
We extract the dirt with an odour neutraliser in the rinse, then extract again so the mattress dries quickly.
Most mattresses are dry within two to four hours, depending on the weather and how well the room is ventilated.

How long until I can sleep on it?
Usually two to four hours. Leave a window open if you can.
Can you remove old stains?
We get very good results on most stains, including accidents and spills. Some old stains won’t come out completely, and we’ll tell you if that’s likely.
Are the products safe?
Yes. They’re safe for children, pets and people with allergies.
How often should a mattress be cleaned?
Every six to twelve months, or more often with pets, small children or allergies in the house.
