What can change the price
Two homes with the same number of bedrooms can still be very different jobs. These are the things that move a quote up or down:
- The number of bathrooms
- The size of the rooms and how many living areas there are
- The state the place is in, for example after a long gap between cleans or after building work
- Whether the home is empty or furnished
- Extras you add, such as carpets, couches or mattresses

Prices for other services
Carpets, couches, mattresses, rugs and chairs are quoted per item. Post renovation, window, event and contract cleaning depend too much on the job for a fixed list, so we price those once we know what’s involved.

No. The team brings all the products and equipment, including vacuums and ladders.
Why is my quote different from the table?
The table shows starting prices by number of bedrooms. Extra bathrooms, larger rooms, a home that needs more work, or extras like carpets and couches all change the final price.
Does a 3-bedroom flat cost the same as a 3-bedroom house?
It starts from the same price. If the flat is smaller, or the house has more bathrooms or living areas, the quote will reflect that.
